The Principal Consultant of JNKHOSI Technical Consultants is Javan Nkhosi (HNDip. R. Eng, MConsEZ, MEIZ). Javan has a Higher Diploma Graduate in Water Engineering from the Copperbelt University and Diploma from the Natural Resources Development College and is a Registered Engineer and Registered Consulting Engineer with the Association of Consulting Engineers of Zambia (ACEZ).  Javan has wide experience in Project Management in Water and Sanitation. He has worked on many Water Supply and Sanitation projects financed by many bilateral and multilateral agencies and NGOs that include: The World Bank, African Development Bank, Japan International Corporation Agency (JICA), WaterAid, DfID / CARE International; Irish Aid. Javan Nkhosi worked in the Water Sector for more than 15 years before setting up the firm in March, 2008 AREAS OF EXPERTISE • Training Consultant:  Provide training and extension service for technical skills in Water Supply and Sanitation; and Agricultural Engineering. • Rural Water Supply and Sanitation: Design and construction supervision of peri urban water supply; rural water supply; training in operation and maintenance of rural water supply, Supervision for borehole drilling supervision; windmill installation and Solar installation. • Road engineering disciplines:  Construction supervision bridge abutments and Bailey bridge systems.   • Agricultural Engineering disciplines: Training in water pump technology, animal draft power; mechanized and hand operated farm equipment; and rural technology.
