MV&V Consulting Engineers was established in 2005 with the
conviction that development projects are formulated and
implemented to serve human needs and aspirations. Thus,
development projects must be designed in the most practical,
manner possible to meet the needs of the intended
beneficiaries without foregoing technical quality.
Practicality and sustainability in development projects requires

Chief Executive Officer of MV&V, responsible for all
the day to day administration, technical and
financial management aspects of the Company

Kanyuka Mumba a Civil/Structural Engineer and
Patrick Chileshe, a Water/Agricultural Engineer/
and all-round Engineering Technologist/Social
Scientist, , as Co- Directors. Two of the three
senior partners of the company worked in the
Roads Department for several years with total
commitment.
MV&V is a wholly Zambian consulting engineering
firm. MV&V has been formed as a Zambian
Company, Zambian-driven, to take full advantage to
develop local citizenry and offer it employment, and to
facilitate and support the growth of the Zambian
Construction Industry, especially in its endeavour to
develop the road sector.
