MV&V Consulting Engineers was established in 2005 with the  conviction that development projects are formulated and  implemented to serve human needs and aspirations. Thus,  development projects must be designed in the most practical,  manner possible to meet the needs of the intended  beneficiaries without foregoing technical quality. Two of the three  senior partners of the company worked in the  Roads Department for several years with total  commitment.
